Annotation. The presentation of the problem In modern science of the study of personality is of interest to representatives of various theoretical and methodological approaches, including representatives of humanistic pedagogy. Of particular interest is the functional of personality, the logic of its thinking and the spiritual principles of its formation. The unresolved interdisciplinary problems of personality formation (upbringing) related to the relationship between biological and social behavior, motivation, human needs, and the formation of his spiritual principles are exacerbated by modern trends in digitalization. The development of “high” technologies can lead not only to depersonalization due to the unification of consumer practices, lifestyle, consciousness, in the context of the formation of the logic of thinking regarding emotional, rational and constructive. Therefore, it is relevant to study personality through the prism of identifying its typical features based on ideas about a person as a spiritual being. This is C.G. Jung’s typology in the “extraversion-introversion” coordinate axis. Methodology. The hypothesis of this study is that the functional of extroverts and introverts in the management system largely depends on their spiritual preferences, which in turn are formed in accordance with their psychotype. . To confirm/refute this hypothesis, we used the results of the sociological study “Our Spirituality”, implemented in 2022 under the leadership of PhD E. V. Kargapolova, and also used methods of correlation and regression analysis, methods of comparative analysis. Results. The study showed that the functionality of introverts and extroverts is largely shaped by the influence of their spiritual preferences and fully finds its place and reflection in the management system. In the management system, the consensus between introverts and extroverts reaches a high level (correlation coefficient is more than 0.9). The logic of their thinking in the context of its component: emotional, rational and constructive – complements each other, which makes their joint work in the management system both effective and efficient. Conclusions. 1. Humanitarian education in Russia forms a high spiritual foundation for both introverts and extroverts, although they choose different positions for its development. 2. Introverts and extroverts in the management system fall under the law “division and cooperation of labor”, i.e. they complement each other with their competencies. 3. When training specialists for the management system, it is desirable to know the psychotype of students, and to form educational academic disciplines in accordance with it.
