Annotation. In the modern world, there is a process of increasing people’s interest in knowing their spiritual origin, spiritual experience, and awareness. At the same time, the choice of a specific spiritual practice may not correlate with a person’s religiosity and confessional affiliation. Based on the processing of some results of a specific empirical study “Our Spirituality”, implemented among residents of Moscow and the Moscow region in 2022, it is shown that the degree of religiosity does not affect the choice of spiritual practices. It is recorded that the vast majority of respondents’ ideas about specific spiritual practices are not related to religiosity. By grouping the respondents’ open answers, we found out that the respondents most often refer to the methods of reflection (introspection, gratitude, visualization) and various hobbies (dancing, drawing, singing, listening to music) as spiritual practices. Less often, according to the respondents, these are affirmations, breathing practices, stretching, meditation, rest, sleep, relaxation, helping people, animals, and sports. Only a small proportion of respondents consider spiritual practices, turning to God, visiting religious places, reading prayers, fasting, and yoga. Thus, for many respondents, the choice of spiritual practices is purely individual and depends on personal beliefs, experience and needs. The current situation of intercultural and interreligious dialogue and the exchange of ideas allow people to enrich their spiritual path. Nevertheless, when choosing spiritual practices, it is important to take into account their consistency with the cultural and religious traditions of a particular country. This will help to preserve the integrity and harmony of a person’s spiritual experience.
